APromosUSA Shipping Policy

Once your artwork is submitted, approved and output by our Production Team, your order will be finished within FIVE business days. Your order will then be shipped out to you on the next business day. Standard production is subject to product availability.  If additional production time is required, you will be notified by Customer Service.  Please be advised that we will not be able to continue production until you respond back to us, which may move your production date forward.

APromosUSA has FREE Ground Shipping on apparel to anywhere in the continental United States.

When will my garments get to me?

Your delivery time does depend on your shipping location. We ship primarily through UPS Ground. We do offer other faster methods with Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and UPS 3 Day Select for an additional charge. Please check with UPS/Fedex/USPS for exact delivery times to your local address.  If there are problems or questions with your order, incomplete information, an art recommendation, etc., we will contact you via email or phone. 

Orders are shipped out from our factory in Freeport, NY. Take a look at the map to get an approximate time frame for UPS ground shipments.
