Since screen printing and embroidery is completely custom, we will only replace defective items or refund payment for the items if the blank products are materially flawed (tears, holes, etc.).

Ink Colors

PLEASE BE ADVISED – Due to the varying degree of monitor settings, the colors shown on your screen MAY NOT MATCH the actual ink colors on the garments. This guide should be used for an approximate reference only. APromosUSA is not responsible for variations between your monitor and the printed ink or thread colors.

Garment Sizes

Garment sizes can and do vary amongst styles of garments and manufacturers. If you need sizing information than you may purchase a sample of the specific garment by ordering online or calling our Customer Service Team at 1-800-987-8766. You can also view our online size chart for more information. APromosUSA is not responsible if you purchase incorrect sizes.

Need to Request a Return

Please call our Customer Service Team at 1-800-987-8766 within 24 hours of receiving your order to file a return request claim. All defective garments must be returned in order to receive replacements or credit.
